Phoebe Turner studied at University of Sydney and Universidad de Alicante, graduating in 2024. As a student, her digital media works were exhibited in the Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Margaret Whitlam Gallery. Phoebe joined Collins and Turner in 2021 and has worked as an assistant on projects at a range of scales, including the winning design excellence competition for the Sydney Harbour Bridge Cycleway,
