Barbara studied architecture at the University of Auckland, graduating with a Masterspec Prize for Project Management and her Masters in Architectural Studies with first class honours in 2010.

During her architectural studies, Barbara worked on residential houses and architectural competitions at several practices including Steven Lawsons Architect in Auckland. She then gained experience across various sectors including mixed residential, public works, and institutional fit-outs, with a focus on education projects during her years at Lahznimmo Architects in Sydney.

Joining the Collins and Turner team in 2020, Barbara has led residential, multi-residential, and public projects at a range of scales

Barbara is a registered architect in NSW and became an associate of the practice in 2021.
