This small project incorporates a series of minimal interventions to a heritage-listed terraced house in a conservation area, with improvements to the house-made to suit the needs of a young professional couple.
The new works incorporate a restrained palette of materials and combine slate, black-Japan stained Victorian ash, white corian, galvanised steel and extra-white glass. The changes bring daylight and a fresh sense of openness and calm into the heart of the previously dark and gloomy terrace.
